We don't sell your data. We don't train our base AI models on your personal data without explicit opt-in. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.

- Account Information: Name, email address, password.
- Content: Notes, documents, canvases, files, and links you store in Sorika (encrypted).
- Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to:
- Process transactions and send related information.
- Provide AI-assisted features (summarization, semantic search) strictly within your isolated context.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS) and at rest (using AES-256). We use enterprise-grade cloud providers (AWS and GCP) located in the United States and Europe. If you use our E2E Encryption option, even we cannot read your content.
4. Third-Party Services
We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing). We ensure these partners adhere to strict data protection standards.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can export all your data in standard formats (.md, .csv) directly from your account settings at any time.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information (like session management). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some parts of our service may not function properly.
